 SHIPPING

Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. If you need your item sooner please contact us before ordering to check stock

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-All Made to order items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. The Wandering Jewel only accepts returns for store credit or exchange. Items purchased on our online store may be exchanged, or returned for credit, up to 14 days after the item was received. Items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition without wear. It is at the sole discretion of The Wandering Jewel to determine if the item being returned has been worn or is in any other way not in its original condition. 

To arrange the return shipping, please contact info@thewanderingjewel.com. Customer Service will respond with a Return Authorization number, pre-paid return label (prepaid labels are only provided for domestic returns) and further instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees including return shipping. A flat fee of $50 for items under $500 and $100 for items over $500 for return shipping will be deducted from the final credit.

JEWELRY CARE

-Please take special care of your necklace and earrings. Please remove before swimming or bathing. Be careful using perfumes, lotions or oils. Jewelry can also be cleaned with a polishing cloth or a mild soap with a soft brush. Keep stored in a dry place.
