Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. If you need your item sooner please contact us before ordering to check stock

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-All Made to order items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. The Wandering Jewel only accepts returns for store credit or exchange. Items purchased on our online store may be exchanged, or returned for credit, up to 14 days after the item was received. Items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition without wear. It is at the sole discretion of The Wandering Jewel to determine if the item being returned has been worn or is in any other way not in its original condition. 

To arrange the return shipping, please contact info@thewanderingjewel.com. Customer Service will respond with a Return Authorization number, pre-paid return label (prepaid labels are only provided for domestic returns) and further instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees including return shipping. A flat fee of $15 for items under $500 and $25 for items over $500 for return shipping will be deducted from the final credit.

JEWELRY CARE

Take special care of your beautiful jewels. Solid gold pieces are safe to wear in the shower and bath, but sterling silver and gold plated pieces shouldn’t be worn in salt water. Make sure you don’t submerge your jewelry in water. When cleaning with harsh chemicals, remove your jewelry. Jewelry can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, then dried with a soft cloth. If you wear your jewelry frequently, you should have it professionally cleaned once a year. Maintain a clean, dry place to store your jewelry, and make sure to Insure it.
