This necklace was originally created for a very close friend who experienced a miscarriage. I wanted to honor her journey and celebrate her as a mother — even if only for a brief moment in time. I wanted her to realize that her motherhood was valid and that she is the only mother her baby will ever know. It was a private, meaningful way to acknowledge her strength, love, and the incredible mother she is.
Now, this necklace is dedicated to all the “Muthas” — to those who have lost, those who foster or step-parent, and those who are on their journey to conceive. Your motherhood is real. Your love matters. You are a mother to your child and you deserve to be seen, honored, and celebrated.
